As a local Realtor, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Todd Green and his lending team at Magnify Mortgage on multiple transactions. Every time they have exceeded expectations. They’re quick, efficient, and consistent at finding the best financing options available. As we all know, communication is key, and they always make sure my clients are well-informed and comfortable throughout the loan process.
If you’re looking for a mortgage lender who delivers on their promises and makes home buying stress-free, I highly recommend Todd, Brandon and the whole team at Magnify!

Todd was amazing! He always answered my questions even outside of business hours. He saved me thousands of dollars compared to another lender. I would recommend him all day long.

Magnify Mortgage did a great job on my refinance. They got me a terrific rate, were extremely responsive (usually within minutes, always same day), and handled everything promptly and professionally. They provided accurate, timely information throughout the process, and connected me with a solid loan provider at a much lower rate than I was paying on my previous HELOC. Todd Green and Audrey Sutton are terrific to work with, and it was a real pleasure doing business with them.
